In-Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The In-Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in client homes in the Charlotte, NC area, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. 2nd Family provides professional, compassionate home care guided by its Grandma Guarantee. The CNA follows client-specific care plans, assists with personal care and safe transfers, and supports clients with light housekeeping and transportation. The role also documents care and promptly reports changes in a client’s health or behavior; an active North Carolina CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a dependable personal vehicle are required.

What you'll do

• Follow client-specific care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting
• perform safe transfers and range-of-motion exercises
• complete light housekeeping
• transport clients to appointments, shopping, and errands
• document care and report health or behavior changes.
