What you'll do

• Manage ten tax professionals responsible for financial reporting and tax compliance for foreign subsidiaries and investments
• oversee FAS 109 reporting, tax-basis balance sheets, outside-basis computations, effective tax rate reconciliations, deferred taxes, APB 23 assertions, Subpart F calculations, earnings and profits, foreign tax credit pools, foreign-source income calculations, and Section 861 interest allocations
• assist with remediation of income-tax accounting control weaknesses and development of long-term control procedures.
