What you'll do

• Answer the MRSS crisis line
• dispatch therapists to community locations and coordinate team coverage
• coordinate communication with staff and partners
• open and close client cases
• maintain client demographic, contact, insurance, and financial information
• manage program data and reporting
• enter data into Monthly Logs and SNAP systems
• conduct data audits
• provide administrative and customer service support
• maintain confidentiality.
