What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily processing operations, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
• greet customers and respond to product inquiries
• train and supervise team members
• sort, price, stock, and rotate merchandise
• process donations and maintain accurate donation counts
• support store security, safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
