What you'll do

• Perform minor building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
• maintain district buildings and grounds
• support preventive maintenance
• repair furniture, floors, roofs, tiles, cabinets, ceilings, walls, locks, electrical and plumbing systems
• respond to emergency situations
• transport materials and equipment
• maintain work vehicles and work areas
• assist other trades and personnel
• perform basic installations and other maintenance duties.
