Stucco Foreman — Three-Coat and One-Coat Systems

What you'll do

• Lead stucco crews on residential and commercial projects
• oversee three-coat and one-coat installations from lath through finish
• manage lath, coats, textures, repairs, and machine application
• oversee flashing, sealant, drainage, curing, scaffolding, and property protection
• train crew members
• inspect work for company standards, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
• coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
• maintain safety and jobsite organization
• provide project updates and documentation.
