What you'll do

• Maintain proficiency in receptionist and medical assistant duties
• follow standard work procedures and troubleshoot patient issues
• monitor patient schedules to maximize access and reduce errors and delays
• support check-in and check-out, including collections and deposits
• help the health center meet quality and regulatory requirements
• cover reception and assist with patient financial questions
• maintain medical record integrity
• work with RNs and LVNs when applicable
• order forms and medical supplies.

Why this role
