Member Experience Associate

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• provide in-person and phone service
• share information about classes, events, schedules, services, and facilities
• assist with reservations through the mobile app
• direct calls and take messages
• check in guests and take payments through POS as needed
• log deliveries and enter member information in the CRM
• follow procedures for emergencies and incidents
• collaborate with the Manager of Member Experience.
