What you'll do

• Prepare, serve, and put away food
• wash dishes
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• sweep and mop floors
• empty garbage
• maintain supplies and equipment
• follow handwashing and safety procedures
• report equipment or facility damage
• maintain resident confidentiality and rights
• assist residents at meals if required
• perform duties assigned by the dietary manager.
