What you'll do
- Develop new powder-paint colors for products
- create and execute color test plans with internal and external labs
- deliver production and global product approvals
- identify quality and cost improvement projects
- coordinate powder-paint and in-mold plastic colors for OEM products
- lead color approval processes from initiation through approval.
