The Orthopedic Surgeon works onsite in the Oil City, PA area in a full-time, permanent employed position. Anticipated annual compensation is $540,000–$1,000,000, with the final package depending on experience, responsibilities, and incentives. The role joins an established and growing community practice with a large referral network and ongoing hospital investment in surgical care. The surgeon provides orthopedic care in collaboration with three experienced orthopedic surgeons and five advanced practice providers. The position supports patient access and the growth of the community practice, with 1:3 call and the opportunity to build a long-term practice.

What you'll do

• Provide orthopedic surgical and clinical care in an established community practice

• participate in a 1:3 call schedule
• coordinate care across clinic and hospital settings using Epic.
