What you'll do

• Process end-to-end biweekly payroll across multiple entities, locations, and states
• serve as primary backup to the Payroll Manager
• audit and reconcile payroll before transmission
• lead payroll projects and process improvements
• support payroll tax reporting, filings, and year-end processes
• process wage attachments
• reconcile payroll-related general ledger entries and payables
• resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• coordinate with vendors
• support 401(k) integration and funding
• mentor Payroll Specialists
• maintain procedures and controls
• and prepare payroll reports and analysis.
