The position oversees staff scheduling, payroll and time management, training, house operations, and coordination with compliance and leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for program staff and direct care staff
• schedule up to 60 staff across 24-hour shifts and coordinate coverage for residential houses
• manage timecards, overtime approvals, and payroll time-management processes
• support client safety and program policies
• interview, hire, train, and orient program staff
• conduct safety surveillance tours and inspect infection-control practices and premises
• coordinate client appointments and transportation logistics
• collaborate with leadership and quality-management projects
• provide colleague coverage, including evenings and/or weekends when needed
• provide documentation to the Compliance Department for state licensure.
