What you'll do

  • Build supportive relationships with students and families
  • develop work experiences aligned with student career goals
  • maintain employer partnerships
  • facilitate college, career, work-readiness, and life-skills workshops
  • monitor attendance, academic progress, and outcomes
  • assess and match students to opportunities
  • prepare students with resumes and interview practice
  • coordinate placements and onboarding
  • conduct home visits as needed
  • maintain records and outcome data
  • and submit required reports.
