Systems Engineer – Protected SATCOM Terminals

By translating government requirements into subsystem requirements and coordinating hardware, software, RF, and mechanical integration, the role helps ensure reliable systems that meet customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Break down government requirements into hardware, software, and antenna subsystem requirements
• maintain requirements traceability through design, test, and delivery
• coordinate integration across RF, digital, mechanical, and software teams
• serve as a technical contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• support formal reviews and develop or review requirements documents, interface control documents, compliance matrices, test procedures, and reports
• support EHF waveform analysis and TRANSEC/cryptographic integration
• address platform integration constraints
• support system integration and testing
• investigate anomalies and track corrective actions
• evaluate subcontractor deliverables and track technical risks and actions
• prepare status reports and government briefings.

Why this role
