What you'll do

• Support deli hot-case and hot-food-bar sales programs
• use fresh and distressed perishables in preparation
• rotate and cull products
• prepare home-meal-replacement items and recipes
• maintain merchandising of platters
• prepare food for catering orders
• clean and sanitize the department
• assist with ordering recommendations
• follow utilization and food-safety standards
• support demonstrations and company food events
• communicate with guests, vendors, and associates.
