What you'll do

• Own commercialization release candidate validation and readiness criteria
• validate commercial software bundles and interfaces
• implement automated quality gates in CI/CD and testing pipelines
• lead validation across simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-vehicle environments
• lead root cause analysis and defect prevention
• influence early feature architecture for testability and safety
• build test frameworks and automation tools using Python and Shell
• coordinate release schedules and risks across teams
• mentor engineers and create training, SOPs, and documentation
• maintain safety-standard compliance and traceability
• support after-hours testing, urgent deployment verification, or incident triage as required
• travel domestically on occasion for onsite testing and track deployments.
