What you'll do

• Ensure contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance
• establish governance structures
• lead KPI management, performance monitoring, and executive reporting
• co-lead the weekly Correct Rx Scorecard
• oversee quality assurance and compliance programs
• directly manage the Quality & Compliance Manager
• oversee operational policies and procedures
• manage subcontractor performance and compliance
• use analytics to inform decisions
• serve as liaison to SOPS leadership
• mentor and align teams.
