What you'll do

• Welcome patients
• support scheduling, intake, and front-office needs
• assist with electronic medical record tasks, referrals, and patient records
• prepare patients and treatment areas
• assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist
• keep equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready
• coordinate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic staff
• help keep the team organized. This is a non-skilled support role and does not independently evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, or provide services requiring therapy licensure.
