What you'll do

• Assess housing needs and leasing barriers and develop plans to address them
• provide housing listings aligned with participant needs and preferences
• implement Renter’s Readiness training
• coordinate with Housing Specialists and community supports
• refer customers to community resources
• assist with applications, landlord negotiations, viewings, documentation, and lease review
• track program-funded assistance for eligible expenses
• build landlord relationships and maintain the affordable listings webpage.
