What you'll do

• Fill and review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, allergies, dosage, and quantity
• label medications and provide usage instructions
• counsel patients
• communicate with healthcare providers about prescription issues and therapy
• monitor medication regimens and adherence
• oversee pharmacy inventory
• maintain records and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• supervise pharmacy technicians.
