What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, records, demands, case management, and support teams
• develop and enforce standard operating procedures
• manage staff performance, workload distribution, accountability, and training
• track operational KPIs
• improve communication among teams, vendors, and leadership
• monitor case management systems, task completion, and file quality
• identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• manage vendors
• assist with staffing forecasts, planning, and budgeting
• support client satisfaction
• prepare operational reports and performance updates.
