Guest Services Representative

What you'll do

• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest charges
• explain amenities and local attractions
• address guest concerns
• complete laundry and cleaning tasks
• stock supplies and sanitize common areas
• maintain the coffee bar and lobby
• clear snow and ice as needed
• deliver guest items
• track keys
• support housekeeping when needed
• answer and route calls
• maintain shift records and logs
• and conduct property walkthroughs while following safety and security procedures.
