What you'll do

• Create and manage submittals and project documents
• assist with receipt inspections and permits
• gather closeout documents
• request equipment and material pricing
• learn change orders, proposals, and forecasting
• develop knowledge of mechanical materials, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and temperature controls
• attend customer, internal, and planning meetings
• learn project schedules and labor planning.
