What you'll do

• Oversee corporate relations activities aligned with philanthropy goals
• design and execute annual fundraising strategies for the Corporate Top 25
• manage a portfolio of up to 100 corporate contributors and prospects
• cultivate, solicit, and steward five- and six-figure gifts
• connect the foundation’s mission with corporate social responsibility goals
• maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and sponsors
• work with program leadership on site visits, internships, and career exploration
• build volunteerism and professional pathway pipelines
• coordinate engagement tracking across departments
• meet annual revenue targets and engagement KPIs
• provide donor stewardship. Travel up to 20% and occasional evening and weekend events are required.
