House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite position located in Florence, SC. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School provides a unique and life-changing career opportunity for couples to serve as houseparents. This role is responsible for providing daily supervision and mentorship to students, managing household routines, and fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports students' academic, emotional, and social development.
What you'll do
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience
- Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
