What you'll do

• Provide medical and routine eye exams for pediatric through geriatric patients
• diagnose and manage ocular and systemic eye diseases
• prescribe treatment and corrective lenses
• co-manage cases with attention to systemic conditions and social determinants of health
• collaborate with primary care, behavioral health, and case management
• provide trauma-informed care
• help develop clinic workflows
• document care in eClinicalWorks.
