The role coordinates with sales, dispatch, and customer service to support efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage electricians and apprentices
• oversee electrical service, repair, replacement, and installation
• ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes
• conduct field inspections and quality reviews
• provide technical guidance
• develop goals, budgets, staffing plans, and growth strategies
• monitor KPIs, productivity, revenue, margins, and profitability
• optimize scheduling and resource allocation
• support estimating and proposals
• drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
