Catering & Events Sales Manager

The Catering & Events Sales Manager role is onsite in Atlanta, GA. Compensation is $60,000–$85,000 per year. The role develops and serves social and corporate catering clients across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast, working with a production counterpart. The manager builds client relationships and converts inquiries into event business, coordinating proposals, planning details, vendors, and event execution. The role supports sales targets while helping ensure clients’ expectations are met throughout the event process.

What you'll do

• Prospect for catering business
• develop and maintain client and partner relationships
• collaborate on sales plans and targets
• respond to leads
• guide clients through proposals, negotiations, menu and event development
• prepare correspondence, proposals, contracts, and BEOs
• conduct tastings and site visits
• attend events as needed
• coordinate event details with internal teams and vendors
• manage on-site event execution when needed
• address customer complaints with management support.
