What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• provide wayfinding and answer questions about The Rink, Rockefeller Center, nearby attractions, amenities, and seasonal offerings
• process ticket and retail transactions
• scan tickets and issue credentials
• assist with skate rentals, cleaning, sanitizing, and storage
• direct guest traffic and support crowd management
• operate point-and-shoot cameras for basic photo capture
• explain locker use
• respond professionally to guest concerns
• occasionally support general maintenance and snow removal during snow events
• uphold guest-service, operating, and safety standards. Weekend, holiday, early morning, and late-night availability is required.
