Assistant Community Manager – Affordable Housing

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Fairborn, OH, with compensation of $21–$23 per hour. The position supports day-to-day operations at Monroe Group’s affordable, Project-Based Section 8 community at Landmark Village Apartments. Monroe Group manages affordable housing communities across multiple states. The role provides management support to the property, helping maintain effective operations and resident service. Working under the Community Manager’s direction, the Assistant Community Manager handles leasing documentation, resident and property records, rent collection, lease enforcement notices, and operational coordination.

What you'll do

• Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare documents according to company policies
• maintain resident and property files and waiting lists
• collect rent and prepare lease enforcement notices
• assist with supply orders, invoice processing, and maintenance schedule tracking
• support daily property operations and step in to oversee operations when the manager is absent.
