Front Desk Opener — Fitness Club

What you'll do

• Complete the opening checklist before admitting members
• follow key and alarm procedures
• check assigned areas and report access problems or hazards
• greet members and guests, manage check-ins, answer calls, and provide club information
• process authorized payments and account updates while protecting member information
• support membership inquiries, tours, referrals, Welcome Workout bookings, and approved sales
• keep the desk and lobby clean and organized
• complete assigned stocking and cleaning checks
• report equipment or facility concerns
• and coordinate coverage so the desk remains attended.
