The Hammer Travel Trip Leader role is based in Wayzata, MN, and requires working for the duration of assigned trips; compensation is $18 per hour. The trip leader directs daily trip operations and oversees travelers’ medical, financial, social, and emotional needs. The role coordinates staff, volunteers, schedules, activities, and budgets while supporting travelers’ choices, independence, and safety.

What you'll do

• Supervise travel staff and volunteers
• support travelers’ personal, financial, and medical needs
• coordinate itineraries and budgets
• manage schedules for flights, activities, meals, and medications
• complete pre- and post-trip duties
• drive during trips
• respond to incidents and complaints
• support basic needs and community participation as needed.
