The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Colonial Beach, VA. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour. Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 66-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, high-quality resident care. The RN provides skilled clinical care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, and documents care in accordance with plans and standards. The role contributes to resident health, dignity, and well-being through coordinated work with the interdisciplinary care team.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• assess and monitor residents and report changes
• maintain complete and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.
