What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical design across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, LPI data model, and custom applications
• develop architectural standards and integration patterns
• customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio
• translate business requirements into scalable designs
• guide development teams and review code
• oversee integrations with external systems
• assess impacts of features and updates
• ensure performance, data integrity, security, and governance
• support CI/CD, deployments, and environment management
• participate in workshops and design reviews.
