What you'll do

• Open deposit accounts and services, including certificates of deposit, savings, checking, money market, club accounts, ATM and debit cards, online banking, and individual retirement accounts.
• Maintain accounts, answer member questions, resolve problems within policy, comply with applicable regulations, identify appropriate cross-sell opportunities, and follow Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and Customer Identification Program requirements.
