What you'll do

• Oversee dietary department operations and staff
• manage food and supply purchasing within budget
• guide diet planning, menus, preparation, and service of regular and therapeutic diets
• ensure menus and meals meet resident needs, preferences, physician orders, and regulations
• maintain dietary and nutrition records
• monitor resident weights and collaborate with nursing personnel
• oversee food production, sanitation, safe handling, and meal service
• participate in care planning and quality improvement
• manage department budget and supplies.
