Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Infusion - Per Diem

Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards. Coordinate and facilitate Health Care services. Provide and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with the Health Care team. Oversee and participate in patient assessment and the formulation and implementation of the care plan.
