The Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is onsite in Prior Lake, MN, in home and school settings. Pay is $25–$31 per hour for LPNs and $35–$41 per hour for RNs, based on license, experience, and qualifications. Pediatric Home Service provides nursing and durable medical equipment services to medically complex children so they can thrive at home, school, and in their communities. The nurse provides one-on-one skilled pediatric care, monitors the child's condition, and communicates changes to the care team. The role administers prescribed medications and treatments, provides tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and feeding-tube care as needed, and supports families through education and accurate documentation.

No pediatric home care experience is required; patient-specific training, simulation-based learning where available, and 24/7 clinical support are offered. Day and overnight schedules are available, including specified Sunday–Wednesday, alternating Friday, Monday/Wednesday overnight, and Friday day shifts.
