Job overview

The Automotive Technician II, Flat Rate works onsite in Syracuse, NY, for $20–$40 per hour. The role performs vehicle repair and maintenance in a dealership service department. • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs
• obtain parts and save or tag warranty parts when required
• inspect for additional safety or service needs
• communicate repair updates
• document work
• road-test vehicles when required
• supervise assigned apprentices
• attend factory training
• maintain shop organization and follow safety and environmental requirements.
