What you'll do

• Manage an active caseload from pre-suit through litigation and resolution
• handle first-party property insurance litigation
• conduct legal research and writing
• manage discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• communicate with clients and colleagues. Requires active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar and Georgia Bar, residence in the Greater Orlando area, and experience in first-party property insurance litigation.
