What you'll do

• Oversee on-site operations and performance goals for mixed-use assets
• prepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor revenue and expenses
• administer annual CAM reconciliations
• serve as a primary contact for clients, tenants, and employees
• lead on-site maintenance staff
• develop marketing, leasing, reputation, and resident-retention programs
• monitor rent collection and delinquency processes
• inspect properties
• review financial reports and implement actions to improve revenue, expenses, and NOI
• provide regular owner updates and monthly operating reports
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Why this role
