What you'll do

• Assist with administration, maintenance, and support of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• monitor network health, performance, availability, and utilization
• support configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, and wireless access points
• troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
• respond to outages and disruptions
• perform firmware updates, patch management, equipment replacement, and upgrades
• assist with account administration, network access, and security controls
• collaborate with IT staff
• maintain network documentation
• identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, security, and efficiency.
