What you'll do

• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment
• assist patients with activities of daily living and health routines using therapeutic communication
• conduct and document safety rounds
• facilitate participation in therapeutic activities and groups
• implement crisis-management skills as directed by licensed staff
• assist with cleaning common areas.
