What you'll do

• Provide an exceptional guest experience
• answer guest calls
• negotiate, open, and close rental contracts and complete paperwork
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns
• explain products, services, and policies
• clean and detail vehicles
• prepare vehicles for rental
• provide guest pickup and drop-off
• build rapport with guests and identify new guest opportunities.
