Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Greenville, NC. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. Tomorrow RDS recycles, processes, and markets materials, with a stated commitment to recovering material from the waste stream for environmental health. The technician maintains the operating facility and its heavy equipment through inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This work helps keep recycling operations and equipment functioning safely and reliably.

What you'll do

• Inspect facility equipment, including the building, sort line, baler, and rolling stock
• review daily equipment inspection forms
• perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and make repairs
• maintain maintenance logs and service records
• request quotes and parts orders
• review operators’ inspections and maintenance records
• report damage and urgent repairs to the Plant Manager
• follow LOTO, OSHA, and company safety requirements
• perform some MIG welding and fabrication.
