What you'll do

• Review HLA typing, antibody identification, donor-specific antibodies, crossmatches, chimerism, and transplant-risk consultations under qualified director supervision
• gain experience with serologic and molecular methods, assays, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting
• participate in quality and compliance activities
• develop leadership and operations experience
• teach staff and learners
• complete a mentored project
• participate in graduated after-hours consultation and maintain training records.
