Construction Management Intern

The Construction Management Intern role is onsite in Denver, CO, paying $20–$23 per hour. Stonebrook Exterior’s internship provides exposure to construction management processes in the field and office and may lead to a job offer.

What you'll do

• Gain exposure to plan reading, takeoffs, estimating, and contract execution
• may be assigned to field projects to observe and participate in construction activities
• work with a project manager on contract management, scheduling, and subcontractor relations after gaining field-process familiarity. Assignments depend on company workload and intern interests. The program is open to upcoming senior college students in a relevant field who hold a valid driver’s license
• summer positions are full-time with a minimum 40-hour workweek.
