The Managing Director of Schools (Vice President of Schools) role is hybrid in South Florida, serving Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier counties, with regional campus travel. Compensation is $115,000–$175,000 per year, plus full benefits. SMART Management supports more than 25 BridgePrep Academy charter campuses and is expanding its South Florida network. The executive leader manages, coaches, and develops a portfolio of school principals while advancing academic performance and campus growth. The role coordinates with network teams to prepare new campuses for launch and support long-term organizational strategy.

What you'll do

• Coach principals biweekly, build instructional capacity, and mentor emerging leaders
• lead data reviews, accountability, and targeted interventions
• oversee pre-launch readiness and integration for new campuses
• partner with the Chief Schools Officer and Operations, Academics, and Talent teams on network strategy
• work toward campus launch, school performance, and principal and teacher retention goals.
