What you'll do

• Assist the Senior Estimator in determining workloads
• oversee quantity take-off personnel and the estimator section
• review plans and specifications
• complete quantity take-offs
• inform management of project risks and advantages
• schedule take-off work to meet deadlines
• evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• examine contract documents
• conduct site investigations
• prepare project budgets
• review manpower and equipment availability
• assist with change orders and bids
• negotiate projects with developers, architects, engineers, and agencies.
